The Excal Topper is the most versatile lamb and kid feeding device available. Using the proven Excal lamb teat in our new 'Topper' cap. This nice solid cap incorporates a ball valve to allow inlet of air.
 
The Topper will fit all standard 28mm o.d. thread plastic 'coke' and pop bottles. The Excal Topper is a long-lasting teat, that will rear quite a few lambs without breaking up. And lambs love it.
 
If you wish to speed up the flow for stronger lambs, just extend the tip x-cuts slightly.

Freight is charged at a flat rate of $10 unless stated otherwise.

Delivery can be expected within 5-10 working days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

 

Shipping is a $15 Flat rate. Unless otherwise stated.

 

To eliminate postage fees, pick-up is available from our Rutherford or Singleton Stores.

 

For some specialty and larger items, there may be a surcharge on top of the ‘flat-rate’. This will be stated in the item description or before checkout.

 

Items labelled with 'Please call/e-mail for a quote on delivery':

These items are very large and not suitable for general postage.

So, we can provide the best freight price possible, you will need to provide us with your delivery address.

 

Large Purchase Offer:

Purchase $1000 worth of Gallagher or Thunderbird products and receive FREE Freight (excludes Crates & Platforms).

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Please allow up to 10-14 working days for delivery, as many products are shipped from suppliers to us, then from us to you (though most could arrive much sooner).

 

If for any reason, you have an urgent need for a product, please call 1300 667 537 for a prompt response.

 

SHIPPING FAQ’S

How are parcels delivered?
All regular delivery parcels are sent via road freight either with Australia Post or our preferred freight carrier ‘Fastways’ (cheapest, most efficient, availability etc).

All prices include tracking & insurance. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your parcel leaves our warehouse. This email comes directly from Australia Post / Fastway. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the tracking details within 2 hours of our Order Complete Confirmation email

If you are not home for delivery, a calling card will be left (unless you have given an Authority To Leave). Australia Post do not hold parcels at the post office for longer than 1 week, and sometimes shorter around Christmas. Fastway will only hold a parcel for 7 days before they return it to us as unclaimed.

Unclaimed parcels that are returned to us are processed for a refund less your original shipping charges.

How quickly do parcels leave the warehouse?
Regular delivery parcels usually leave been 24-48 hours from when the order is placed unless the product is not in stock. Short delays do arise from time to time. Delivery time after this depends on your location and seasonal delays.

Authority to Leave
If you leave a comment that it's ok to leave your parcel, we will leave a note on your parcel. By doing this, you accept all responsibility for any parcel that goes missing. Once we have confirmation that your parcel was left at your address, our liability and insurance coverage ends. We also cannot be responsible for errors with parcels being left at the wrong address. Choose this option at your own risk. We reserve the right to change Authority To Leave requests to signature required where necessary (e.g. chemicals or hazardous materials). It is not possible to change the delivery address of your order once it has left our warehouse.

Online Credit Card payments are accepted using Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We use Paypal & Nab transact for secure payments. www.farmerswarehouse.com.au Pty Ltd is never in possession of your details and does not have access to your credit card details.
CHEQUE or MONEY ORDERS

You can pay for your order using a bank cheque or money order, we do accept personal cheques. However, we do not send the order until the cheque has cleared. To pay via this method please select the appropriate payment option during the checkout process. DIRECT DEPOSIT
You may also pay by Direct Deposit by selecting the appropriate payment option during the checkout process. Only once the money is received in our bank account will the goods be shipped.

If you wish to pay by credit card over the phone please phone 1300 667 537. Please DO NOT call our stores as they will not have any details of your order and it will lead to confusion.

NB: If you want a faster transaction with speedy delivery, you are best to pay by credit card.


RETURNS & FAULTY PRODUCTS


If a product is faulty, please follow the below procedure:

- Complete the form on the ‘Contact Us’ page and advise us via email or phone.

- Please do not send returns before requesting a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

- Notification of a faulty item on delivery must be reported within 7 days of your delivery. After this period, any faulty item will be subject to that manufacturers warranty procedures and time frame. This differs between manufacturers. (Please contact us for further details. Please note, we are bound by the decisions made by the manufacturer and/or distributor of the product. The staff at www.farmerswarehouse.com.au do not make the decisions on whether a fault is covered under warranty).

- Any product that is faulty on delivery will be replaced. If we cannot replace the item, we offer you the choice of a refund, store credit or a suitable substitute.

- Photographic proof is generally satisfactory evidence to support a claim for a faulty product. If it is not possible to provide photographic proof of the fault, you will be required to return the product to us.

- After you have received your RA number you will be responsible for shipping the product to us (unless it was faulty on delivery). However, www.farmerswarehouse.com.au will cover the postage of the replacement for a faulty product.

Please note:

- We DO NOT accept returns unless we have issued an RA number

- After we received a returned item (not faulty) we will refund the money, minus a 20% re-stocking fee.

- Items discounted or on sale cannot be returned for exchange or refund because you have changed your mind. We will only accept these returns if the product was not as advertised or was faulty.

- Please note that custom orders (for example NLIS tags and printed management tags) are not returnable
